Founded by Dan P. Labriola in 1996, DPL Development has constructed dozens of properties across Arizona.
Having begun with his own home renovations, Dan Labriola fixed and flipped a number of homes throughout the 1970’s. Working in partnership with a general contractor throughout the 1980’s and early 1990’s, Dan invested in and built nearly 100 homes around the city of Flagstaff. In 1996 Dan founded DPL Development to bring his vision of quality construction to life.
Today, DPL Development is a family owned and operated construction company. Dan’s youngest son Dominic began working alongside Dan while just a boy, learning how to design and build from the ground up. Dominic became the Project Manager and now co-owns DPL Development with Dan as they continue their pursuit of quality construction today.
Dominic also co-founded and operates Craft & Bauer Real Estate Co., an independent boutique real estate brokerage with offices and Agents in Arizona, Southern California & Northern California.
